The low fuel and oil consumption of our new generation of Common Rail engines make them one of the most environmentally-friendly and economical commercial vehicle engines on the market.
- Natural gas engines

A further demonstration of our sustainability is made by our low-emission yet powerful natural gas engines – specifically developed for buses. These natural gas engines have very low particle emission levels.
- Marine diesel engines

These engines are also setting new standards in terms of energy consumption. With computerised control and common rail technology they have lower fuel consumption and lower emission levels and thus comply with the increasingly strict requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
- Converting natural gas

MAN compressor plants are providing the technology to convert natural gas in an environmentally-responsible manner. And we already have the knowledge to produce alternative fuels from biomass.
